Designed For Nonprofits

Hi, Aaron here. I started three companies back in 2008 that together provide the best and fastest service in Maryland. Insight Network Consultants, InsightNC VOIP, and Spamray together take care of the things companies need fast support to keep working: IT, Phones, and Email. 

This is my next step. I saw that we were turning away nonprofits because of the high cost. That cost was necessary to provide a top level of support for companies of all shapes and sizes that wanted the fastest support for all their servers and users. So I started Sparrow MSP in 2020 to provide the same expert knowledge, but for nonprofits that do not need "instant" support, and are happy with a 2 hour call back time. We are also not providing support for servers. If most of your work is online, we are perfect for you. My passion is to work on computers and help users navigate through this changing IT/online landscape. If the 2 hour call back time works for you, then we are a great fit for any nonprofit with less than five users. I look forward to working with you.
